Saint John's in Passaic
Announcing YouTube and Holy Communion!
Good Afternoon members and friends,
We are very pleased to make the following late-breaking announcements regarding our upcoming worship here at Saint John's:
1. We will now begin simulcasting our worship services to our Facebook Page and to our YouTube channel. You can watch either whenever we have a service, or come back later to watch again if you wish. Just as a reminder:
Here is our Facebook Page.
Here is our Youtube channel.
Please do Like and Subscribe to both Youtube and Facebook. The more likes and subscriptions we get, the more new members we attract through online searches.
2. Most importantly: On Easter Sunday, April 4, we will offer Holy Communion after the 10:30 AM and 5 PM services!! Here's how it will work: Enter the main doors on Passaic Avenue. Come in to the Nave of the Church, and Receive the Holy Communion. You may then exit immediately either through the Parish House to the left, or the Passaic Avenue doors to the right. You must wear a mask inside and remain socially distanced at all times. We will open the doors at 12 noon and 5:45 PM for one-half hour, 30 minutes. You will not be able to enter before then, nor will you be able to stay later than that.
The Bishop has asked us to offer communion monthly, and so we will try this approach out to ensure it's workable. Please spread the word, and plan to Come To Church on Easter Day!
All our Holy Week services are online on Facebook and Youtube, and the worship schedule is here. We look forward to worshipping with you, and seeing you on Easter Day!
Please let us know if you have any questions at all, and may you and yours have a blessed Holy Week!
